We have had a great relationship with Patty Keen-Freed of Tim Lester Realty. We lived in MN and made a brief visit to Lakewood Ranch in 2021. Patty showed us the properties(new builds only) we had shortlisted and gave us a lot of insight into the properties and more information about Parrish especially. We signed the contract for a new home in LWR and had to wait a year for it to be built.
Patty was great during that one year. She attended the design sessions on our behalf, face timed with us and helped us through the process. She also attended the pre-drywall and pre-closing home inspections and was our advocate during the entire time.

Ryan Tuttle is the finest RE agent we have dealt with in the lifetime purchase / sale of a dozen homes. He is methodical, patient, persistent and always follows up on pending actions.
