Aberdeen is located east of I75 in beautiful Parrish Florida and is directly off of US 301 near a shopping center with a Publix grocery store and plenty of shopping.  There are no CDD fees and the HOA is reasonably priced. The homes were built by Morrison Homes and a lot of the lots backup to ponds or nature.  With easy access to Old Tampa Road it's a short ride over the Fort Hamer park and boat ramp. There you can hop on the Bridge to Lakewood Ranch to beat the traffic around I75. While you are at the park be sure to check out the rowing facility.
